  • Constitution of the Asia-Pacific Telecommunity, adopted by the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific on 27 March 1976 and amended in 1981 and 1991. Available in English.

  • Agreement establishing the Asia-Pacific Institute for Broadcasting Development, concluded at Kuala Lumpur on 12 August 1977. Available in English.

  • The "EUTELSAT Convention": Convention Establishing the European Telecommunications Organisation (Eutelsat), signed on 15 July 1982, entered into force 01 September 1985. Available in English. 

  • The "EUMETSAT Convention": Convention for the establishment of a European Organisation for the Exploitation of Meteorological Satellites (EUMETSAT), done 24 May 1983, entered into force 19 June 1986 (last amended 19 November 2000), 1434 UNTS 17. Available in English.
